What’s The Conviction Games?
A letter from
The Conviction Games is a bold experiment to redefine what email marketing can achieve.
Over the next year, I’m challenging myself and my team to help a select group of eCommerce brands generate $5M in monthly revenue through Conviction-building emails.
This is about rewriting the rules.
It’s about leaving behind the outdated tactics that plague email marketing:
Uninspiring emails that drag out the sales process, forcing customers to hesitate instead of act.
Emails that inspire no emotion, no connection, and no action.
Over-relying on coupons, popularized by brands who play the “Make sales” game, and not the “Make money” game.
Instead, we’re creating emails that move people.
Emails that make customers feel Trust, feel Desire. Feel Conviction.
Stacking those emotions until they’re compelled to act—not because of a discount, but because they believe in your product and your brand.
This is how we transform “maybe” into “yes” without slashing margins.
By the end of 2025 we will take charge of 20 brand’s Conviction-building email marketing strategy simultaneously, while shooting to generate $5m cumulative per month.
It won’t be easy.
But it will be rewarding.
The Rules
Capping Monthly Spots
Unlimited scale equals unlimited stress—and we don’t play that game. To ensure exceptional service delivery while onboarding 20 new brands by the end of the year, we’ll take no more than two clients per month. Some months, we may onboard just one. This keeps our focus sharp and our quality uncompromised.
No Direct Competitors
We work with only one brand per vertical targeting the same audience. For instance, we might partner with two supplement brands, but only if their customer bases are entirely distinct. Your strategy stays yours—no overlap, no conflict.
No Marketing By Committee
We believe in decisive action, not drawn-out debates. That’s why we require a single point of contact who can make swift, informed decisions. If your strategy needs approval from a dozen stakeholders, we’re not the right fit.
No Competitor Copycatting
Conviction-building isn’t about mimicking the competition. We won’t partner with brands that just want to “spy” and replicate someone else’s strategy. Instead, we focus on crafting unique messaging that connects deeply with your audience—and that’s what makes it so powerful.
